AHA announces preliminary winter team placements

The AHA has announced preliminary tier placements for the upcoming 2013–14 Winter League. In C3, minimal changes, with a couple of teams moving up to C2 (the Moose and Mastodons), and a few D1 leaders moving up to C3 (D1 champion Fighting Loons, Mastodons, Northern Horde).
