The Spiders continue their hold on D1 East, sitting in first place with 29 points, and a 13–0–2–1 record, the only team in all of AHA to still be undefeated in regulation. (The only other AHA team, Team TPG in the Elite level, had its first regulation loss last week.) The Wolf Pack sit at 3–11–1–1.

Next up for the Spiders, a Saturday night rematch with the Stars at SLP. The previous meeting ended in a 5–1 Spiders victory.
